5000 inr deposit not credited
I made a ₹5,000 INR deposit on 6 January 2026 to my BC.Game account using UPI payment.
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the deposit has still not been credited to my BC.Game balance.
I have fully cooperated with BC.Game support and submitted all required proofs through their Speed Up Deposit Method, including:
UPI payment screenshot
Transaction video recording
Bank statement clearly showing the ₹5,000 debit via UPI
Despite providing complete and valid evidence, the issue remains unresolved. BC.Game support has not credited the deposit nor provided a clear timeline for resolution.
This is unacceptable, as the payment was successful from my side and the funds are missing.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help recover my ₹5,000 INR UPI deposit and ensure BC.Game resolves this matter promptly.
