2000 INR Deposit is not credited for 11 days
I am writing this complaint regarding a deposit issue on my BC Game account.
On 13/02/2026, I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to my BC Game wallet using the UPI payment method. However, the amount was not credited to my game wallet.
Although I initiated a payment of ₹2,000, an amount of ₹1,999.07 was deducted from my bank account. The payment has been successfully debited from my account, but the funds are still not reflecting in my BC Game wallet.
