I am having trouble getting a deposit done in BC.Game platform, and it's been 20 days.
The order is F-1849414324392535287.
I want an immediate action taken as it's a lot of money for me.
The live support has not been much help, even after I uploaded the necessary documents and applied for a manual credit.
Kindly take further action and help me get it done quickly.
