I am an Indian player at BC.Game. On 23/11/2025 at 22:57:04 I deposited 1000 INR via UPI. The money was successfully debited from my bank, but my BC.Game wallet still shows “Processing” and 0 INR credited.Order ID: F-1849602945148619292
UPI UTR: 102038313174I contacted BC.Game live chat and email many times and submitted all requested proofs (UPI receipt, bank statement, video). On 01/12/2025 I also submitted a 7‑Day Manual Credit request with all files, but they keep saying “wait” and my deposit is still missing.I am asking BC.Game either to credit the 1000 INR to my account balance or refund it back to my bank.

I already did speedup deposit process and after that I wait but there is no updates and I did deposit 23 sep and did speedup process on 23 same day after that I submitted all payment proofs after that I wait 7 days to manual process I did manual process also now here I am 4dec still not received deposit
