I have made 3 deposit successful payments but the amount was not credited to my account

Bc.game is misleading here ..
There is one more issue caused by Bc.game merchant, i had a withdrawal of Rs.28494inr successfully in my account but that amount was transferred from a fraud amount by their merchant and the amount was put on hold by the bank guided by Cyber police, i approached the live support executive he raised a ticket but its been almost 4 days and nothing happened..

Please provide the bank statement of your merchant from same date lets all see whether the amount has been credited to his account or not ..
We have checked again, but unfortunately, this transaction has not been received by us. We request that the user reach out to their bank and request a refund. Alternatively, the user can reach out to their bank and request a letter of confirmation of the payment with the following details: the bank must provide an official letter on their letterhead stating the transaction UTR and the merchant’s name, confirming that the transaction was successfully processed and not refunded to the user’s account. This letter must be signed and stamped by the bank branch.
Once we receive this letter, we will authenticate it and assist the user accordingly.
