Deposits successfully but Account not credited
Urgent: Resolution Required for Uncredited Transactions

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue concerning two transactions which I completed 1 month ago. Despite both transactions being marked as successful, the corresponding amounts have not been credited to my account.
Here are the details of the transactions:

Transaction 2:

I have already contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, despite my efforts and the assurances given, the problem remains unresolved.
To assist in resolving this matter swiftly, I have attached all the relevant documents, including transaction receipts and screenshots of the successful transaction confirmations.
I kindly request that you escalate this issue to a higher authority if necessary and ensure that the amounts are credited to my account at the earliest possible. The delay in resolving this matter is causing significant inconvenience and concern.
Please confirm the receipt of this email and provide an update on the actions being taken to resolve this issue.
