BC. Game Casino - Deposit still pending since 6 March
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to file a complaint against BC.Game regarding a deposit that has still not been credited to my account.
Details of the issue:
Deposit Date: 6 March 2026
Deposit Amount: INR 2000
Order ID: F-1858875497642255072
Transaction ID: T2603060720367269492461
UTR: 244002810412
Payment Method: UPI (PhonePe)
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and sent to the payment address provided by BC.Game. However, the deposit has not been credited to my BC.Game wallet.
The status on their platform shows “Under Review – 7-Day Full Manual Credit Request.” According to their own 7-day manual credit guarantee, the amount should be credited within that timeframe. It has now been more than 8 days, and the deposit is still pending.
I have already provided all requested proofs, including:
Transaction screenshot
Bank statement
Payment confirmation video
Despite submitting everything and contacting support multiple times, no resolution or clear update has been provided.
I am requesting BC.Game to either:
Credit the INR 2000 deposit to my account immediately, or
Refund the amount back to my bank account.
I hope the AskGamblers team can help escalate this matter and get a fair resolution.
