Hello sir,

I am one of your customers from India

I deposited 2000 on BC.Game

But now it has been 22 days I have not received my deposit amount

I have contacted BC customer every day & they are raising tickets every time I send them a Statement video recording etc but the merchant is continuously denying it as he has not received 2000,

I contacted my bank also I raised a chargeback 12 days ago but today I visited the bank they are telling me your chargeback request has failed as the merchant has received your 2000 amount so I am fed up now I don't know what to do.

Sir kindly help me I want my money back as soon as possible

Hi,

Please provide the order number, bank statement from the date of transaction to today, and a video proof. Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected]. Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.

I have already provided all the required proof and documents to BC Game customer support, including the direct video recording from my bank application, my official bank statement, and the bank-related proof requested by them.

Despite submitting all the available proof multiple times, BC Game customer support has still not resolved my case or refunded the missing INR 19,394. They continue to request proof, but I have already provided everything that is available to me.

I am therefore requesting AskGamblers to review my case and help me resolve this missing withdrawal.

Deposit of Not credited due to amount mismatch

On 09/09/2026 at 20:27, I initiated a deposit order on BC.Game for ₹3,000 INR (Order ID: F-1875866665451209874). An initial payment attempt of ₹3,000 failed at 08:27 PM. Immediately following that, at 08:28 PM, a transfer of ₹2,800 INR was successfully executed via UPI to the assigned merchant Amit Kumar.

Because of the ₹200 difference between the created order amount (₹3,000) and the transferred amount (₹2,800), the automated gateway marked deposit ticket #10126282 as "Failed" with 0 INR credited. The ₹2,800 INR was fully debited from my bank account and received by the merchant.

To provide complete, indisputable proof of the transaction flow, I have recorded and attached a full video walkthrough directly from the banking application displaying the transaction history, timestamps, and payment receipts.

I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my BC.Game account using UPI on 30 May 2026. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account and the transaction shows as successful in PhonePe, but the funds have not been credited to my BC.Game account. I have provided proof of payment and request BC.Game to either credit the deposit to my account or refund the amount. Despite waiting and contacting support, the issue remains unresolved.

My 20000 inr deposit not credited

My 20000 inr deposit not credited to my bc game account I also submitted all required proofs to expedite the deposit but still they not credited my game account. It's already 2 days and they don't also give reply to my proofs. If they want any more proofs I also upload that for their confirmation and support team just always say for waiting no one give proper reply.

48000 INR deposit not credited even after submitting all the proofs

I deposited 48000 INR to my bc game account 3 ago, and the deposit was not credited to my bc account.

Then I created a ticket for my deposit and also submitted all the proofs wich is required from bc game, but my deposit has not been credited till now.

Support staff just saying to wait and saying that if in 7 days your deposit does not come, you can apply for manual compansation. Also says that it's not sure that if you apply for manual compansation that is credited to your account

I am raising a complaint against BC Game regarding two withdrawal requests that were marked as “Successful,” but the funds have not been received in any of my bank accounts.

While initiating the withdrawals on April 15, BC Game’s system automatically populated incorrect banking details by combining:

* IFSC code from Account 1 (State Bank of India), and

* Account number from Account 2 (IndusInd Bank)

This resulted in an invalid withdrawal address:

This combination does not correspond to any valid bank account.

I have verified this using a payment application and confirmed that such mismatched bank details are invalid. In such cases, transactions are typically rejected and returned to the sender, not processed successfully.

**Current Situation:**

* Both withdrawals are marked as “Successful” by BC Game

* No funds have been received in either of my bank accounts

* I am attaching bank statements from April 15 to date for both accounts as proof

**Concern:**

This appears to be a system error on BC Game’s end, where incorrect details were auto-filled, yet the transactions were still processed and marked successful.

**What I Request:**

* A proper investigation into both transactions

* Proof of successful transfer (UTR / bank confirmation), OR

* A full refund of 9694 INR + 3326 INR

Since the withdrawal details were invalid, the funds could not have been credited to any legitimate account and should have been returned to BC Game.

I request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this issue.

Dear BC Game Support,
I am writing to report that my deposit of ₹15,000 has still not been credited to my account. It has been approximately 23 days since the transaction was made.
I have already raised this issue with customer support and provided all the necessary proof of payment, yet the status remains pending and no resolution has been provided so far. This delay is unacceptable

Deposit Deliberately Kept in processing for two months then turned the status to failed

I made a deposit on 16 jan this year , the amount was successfully sent to the merchant but it wasn't added to my bc game account. Then I contacted their live support, created a ticket which was in pending for almost two months. I was told that their backend team is thoroughly working and in this process 70 days passed and now they are saying we can't help you because the deposit has exceeded two months. Tell me one thing they deliberately kept it in pending and i contacted them right from the creation date of the deposit.
Now I came here for the intervention of the askgamblers to resolve the matter.

Hi,

With utter frustration, I am writing that my withdrawal of INR 48494 is still pending for last two months inspite of taking 100 of follow-ups from BC.Game customer care. Below are the details -

This withdrawal was never credited to my account even though it keep showing successful. I raised several tickets, sent my account statements several times but nothing happened. When I asked for the proof with a bank statement, BC.Game was not able to provide one. They simply provided a random system-generated proof which doesn't belong to any bank or third party app. Also if you check, it doesn't have any necessary details - Depositor's Bank Name, Name of the depositor and even the UTR no. provided is either fake or is not relevant.

After following up rigorously, my bank Axis bank has finished its investigation and came to the conclusion that no deposit was made based on the receipt attached. It's a fake one and not an original one with a fake UTR no. This has been well analyzed with manual UTR universal check from bank side. (Proofs are with me on mail)

I have attached detailed statement from Axis Bank for the same and also the one which BC.Game provided. The manual search is also completed and results can be shared in collaboration with Axis Bank if BC.Game requested.
