I have deposited 10000 on 18th of March but still it didn't came to my account, I have raised multiple tickets but no help from the support team. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction here. Please help me to get this clear. Thanks in advance.

This complaint has been reopened as per BC.Game Casino India request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
I don't think so the BC game is bother to look the complaint, I have done multiple followups and gave all the proofs of my deposit , still they are not responding or trying to help me to get my deposit.
Sick with this now. Better to move out of this gaming site.
