I am writing to report an issue I am facing with a recent deposit I made in [BC game]. I deposited (2000 and 8000] through [phone pe], but the amount has not been credited to my in-game account. I'm in contact with bank but Bank claims that money was successfully deposited in merchant account. I've also messaged Live support multiple times.
