Deposit made on 29 april not credited into the game account till now

I made a deposit of rupees 1700 on 29 april and till today the deposit is not yet credited into my bc game account. Moreover i tried raising ticket, contacting customer support, wrote an email and none of them worked as the casino platform didn’t reply in any of them. Also when I tried contacting customer support i wrote the whole incident 13-14 hours ago and still now no reply has come from the customer support. Please look into this matter and get it fixed as soon as possible.

Hello Panda, i have sent the email with everything you asked for, kindly check it and resolve this deposit issue as soon as possible. Moreover i would also like to add one more thing if there is any withdrawal issue or any deposit issue why everytime the customer have to give the proof for each and everything. Being a loyal customer i would like to ask you and your Casino company to just check their payment provider’s bank statement as well weather they have received the money or not, because i feel the money has been credited to the payment provider account instantly after i made the payment but your payment provider is saying that he has not received the payment yet, which in my opinion is completely a false claim because when using upi if the payment status is showing successful it has to be received by the payment provider and there is no other option left. So in my opinion kindly ask your payment provider’s bank statement as well to cross verify weather i am right or wrong. I hope you will get this issue fixed asap,

* And a video proof. (Video from where the money is debited not the wallets like paytm/googlepay etc.)
Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below.
Steps to follow for video proof:
1. Prepare two devices: one to execute the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is always visible.
2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.
3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.
4. Log into your banking app and conceal your password during the process.
5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.
6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.
7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.
8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount in currency, sender/receiver's name, account number, transaction date and time, and current status.
