BC.Game Casino - Denied deposit of 1200 INR despite successful transaction proof
I made a deposit of 1200 on BC.Game, which was deducted from my bank account. Despite the transaction being successful and providing all the necessary proof, the funds have not been credited to my account.
I have submitted the required screenshots and statements to confirm the successful transaction. However, BC. Game’s support team has denied crediting the deposited amount without offering a satisfactory explanation.
I request that the deposited amount of 1200 be immediately credited to my BC. Game account or refunded.

The deposit amount was 1200, and the issue happened around 10 months ago. At that time, I also filed a complaint on AskGamblers, but there was no reply from your side for a long period, which is why the case became old.
Regarding the order no. , BC.app only shows transaction history for the last 60 days, so it is no longer visible to me after 10 months. Because of this limitation, I am unable to provide the order no. now.
However, I have already sent all the remaining details and proof available to me to the email address provided by your team. Kindly check those details and reopen/investigate the case accordingly.
