Hello, I wrote to live chat to request my account be closed and they informed me to email customer support which I did straight away, I then received an email to confirm this which i replied to and received no response.
2 days later the account is still open and when I asked live support to have it closed I was told to wait again. Every email and interaction i have had i have informed them I have a gambling addiction and I feel this is serious lack of care for their customer and they have no responsible gambling tools on their website, I will attach emails and transcript from the conversations I have had with them.
