Verification and Payment Delayed

I’m new to bankonbet casino I deposited 7500N and I won 15000+ with my real money. Then I tried to make a withdrawal but I noticed they said my account need a verification, okay fine I proceed with the verification but later I noticed they said I have to do a verification again, I was like what’s wrong? I proceed again. Again I was asked to do a verification again but this time I got mad. I went to write them at suppor­t@b­ank­onb­et.com but till now I haven’t received any response and its been 3days I sent this message, even though I sent the same ID card requesting from me for verification i eventually sent it to them on email address. The ID card I sent was valid bcuz it was issued by the federal government of Nigeria. I’m laid this complaint bcuz I have my money on there platform which over 9days. Sending an email without response pissed me off and that’s kind of annoying. I will attached the screenshot of email I sent to them and my pending withdrawal. I will be glad if you help me look into this
