I do not get my money transferred to my bank account

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I won 500€ last Sunday, 24.09.2023 and paid out the money the same day. Nothing has happened since Sunday and my money has not yet been transferred. According to the casino, the transfer takes 1-3 days. Bankonbet support always tells me that I am in the queue and that the withdrawal is still being processed. Unfortunately, I am a bit suspicious because Bankonbet has a lot of bad reviews on Trustpilot. Sadly, I only saw this after I played at Bankonet. Players there write that they have never received their money, which is why I am worried. In the meantime, there is another 500€ in the queue, so a total of 1000€, but nothing happens.

I have never played on Bankonbet or opened another account. I have also not activated any bonus or anything else. I would be very grateful if you could help me.
