Delay payment for over three days

I have won €204 in the sportsbook. I have made two withdrawals: one for €150 on 16/9 and the other for €54 on 18/9. They state in their rules that they require 3 business days to complete the process, but there has been an excessive delay. Every day, the support team tells me that there is a slight delay and nothing else. I have not been asked to verify my identity, and I have made withdrawals in the past.

After many days of hassle and delays for no reason, I received my money. Thank you, AskGamblers. It would be best for the casino not to delay players when they need to verify their accounts and to ask for it promptly. It's unfair for someone to wait 15 to 20 days.
