Bonus declined and winnings confiscated without further explanations and proof


I have 3 problems with bankonbet.

First: I opened an account for welcome sports bonus, after depositing 75usd with muchbetter, placed a qualifying bet to achieve welcome bonus (single bet with 1.50 or higher odd) which I won and got 112.50 USD total. Right after that qualifying bet tried to claim sports bonus but support declined without any reason, just that promo is not allowed right now, reading TyC I meet all conditions.

After that withdrew all my money but they asked for ID+selfie, finally asked for ALL financial movements last 3 months muchbetter which I sent under protest. They check muchbetter scrennshots and answer:

We would like to kindly inform you that your account failed verification as per paragraph 9.1 from Terms & Conditions and your deposit will be refunded, winnings were removed. Also kindly be asked to provide us with your crypto details (address+type) or Mifinity details so we can refund your deposit as we cannot do manual withdrawals to Muchbetter.

They never answer me explaining exactly which term I break.

Additionally, we would kindly like to remind you that we have requested to provide the alternative payment method details, as it is not possible to refund the deposit to the same payment method used for depositing.
