Bankobet Casino - Delayed account closure caused of gambling issues
Hello,
I started a account closure process on the 18th October by E-Mail.
After three days I asked again on the 21th October why the Account isn't closed.
At the 29th October(11 days ago!!!) they answered and closed my account.
Between this days I made one day three deposits about 50€ = 150€ total.
I want this money back cause they have written I have to contact the E-Mail-Adress and they will close my Account
in 24 hours.
To close the account by Chat wasn't possible.
I've written them to send back the 150€, but actually are 6 days gone without any answer.
Please help.
