Waiting for days for my redemption

Hello,

I would like to log a complaint against BangCoins, as they have returned 2 of my redemptions, and now I have sent in a third and have been waiting days for them to process.

I also have more behind this one.

I have played at many social casinos and have been paid out in a timely manner, especially where BangCoins claims immediate redemptions to your debit card.

I am very frustrated, as it seems like a nice casino, but not getting paid out quickly is very upsetting.

The total amount of redemption currently is $3k which I have been waiting on for over a week now. I my live chat they say they are a little behind in paying redemptions but claim all over the internet immediate payouts to your debit card which is the process I am using. Very Frustrating.
