Waiting for days for my redemption

Hello,

I would like to log a complaint against BangCoins, as they have returned 2 of my redemptions, and now I have sent in a third and have been waiting days for them to process.

I also have more behind this one.

I have played at many social casinos and have been paid out in a timely manner, especially where BangCoins claims immediate redemptions to your debit card.

I am very frustrated, as it seems like a nice casino, but not getting paid out quickly is very upsetting.

The total amount of redemption currently is $3k which I have been waiting on for over a week now. I my live chat they say they are a little behind in paying redemptions but claim all over the internet immediate payouts to your debit card which is the process I am using. Very Frustrating.

Withdrawal delayed for weeks repeated verification and cancelled requests

I won $6,000 on August 31, 2026. After nearly three weeks, I have only successfully withdrawn $400. The casino is stalling the remaining $5,600 by repeatedly cancelling my withdrawals and forcing me to re-verify my ID multiple times

Despite verifying my account immediately after the win, Bang Coins support has forced me to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) process three separate times. Each time I comply, my account is marked "verified," yet when I attempt to withdraw the remaining funds, the request is cancelled and returned to my player balance.

I have sent a formal demand via email asking for the balance to be paid or for a scheduled payment plan if daily limits are the issue, but I have not received a resolution. There is no breach of terms on my end; this appears to be a deliberate delay tactic.

I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance to get the remaining $5,600 processed immediately. I have screenshots of the win, the repeated verification approvals, and the cancelled withdrawal requests available upon request.

False advertising and Holding funds

Bangcoins is listed as the #2 casino on your list. Bangcasino advertises an immediate redemption when requested. The casino did proceed as advertised for the first redemption.

My second redemption request was made over 50 hours ago. When I chat with "agents" they don't explain why this redemption is taking so pong. I asked what their definition of "immediate" could be.

They are holding my money. The only reason why I chose to play on Bangcoins is because it promises immediate cash outs. This is misleading and cruel. I need my money. They get to behave this way? No. I am contacting Berger and Montague. They win. They have settled successfully for me three times.

Maybe you should take a scamming casino off your list. They could adversely affect your trust factor by consumers.
