False advertising and Holding funds

Bangcoins is listed as the #2 casino on your list. Bangcasino advertises an immediate redemption when requested. The casino did proceed as advertised for the first redemption.

My second redemption request was made over 50 hours ago. When I chat with "agents" they don't explain why this redemption is taking so pong. I asked what their definition of "immediate" could be.

They are holding my money. The only reason why I chose to play on Bangcoins is because it promises immediate cash outs. This is misleading and cruel. I need my money. They get to behave this way? No. I am contacting Berger and Montague. They win. They have settled successfully for me three times.

Maybe you should take a scamming casino off your list. They could adversely affect your trust factor by consumers.
