Cannot receive email to verify account and therefore cannot withdraw been chasing for almost a month
The only place Ballersbet seem to be responding is to players here so I am forced to submit a complaint.
My KYC docs are verified but there is no way of me receiving an email to verify my email address? There is no function in the profile to request one. When you click 'verify email in profile' it just takes you to the profile page but then you cannot do anything?
I have reached out to Ballers on chat. They do not respond. I have sent copious amounts of emails, no response. I have even tried messaging them on X, no responses?
Please help mediate so I can actually have contact with the site to resolve this.
My 55 euros is currently stuck and I can't withdraw.
