Holding my withdrawal and reversed back into my account

Message on forum

After being told my account is fully verified and that I can withdraw my winnings, I did. And now after 3 days they have reversed the withdrawal and have now put the winnings back into the casino account.

I believe this is for me to spend them and not withdraw them.

None of my emails regarding this have been answered either.

Unable to withdraw large winnings 1000 GBP

I have £1000 I am trying to withdraw.

I am unable to do so as I need to make a card deposit.

I cannot make the deposit as the balance is too high. Because I have a winnings balance in the account it will not allow me to deposit further.

Customer support is completely ignoring my requests for assistance. I have emailed several times over the last 24 hours and have sent all of the verification information required.

The account is now fully verified but I still have the same issue when trying to withdraw because no one has resolved it.

Withdrawal of my funds still in pending

I have now been waiting for my payment to be withdrawn. Still nothing. I have emailed these numerous times with no reply. All my withdrawal is showing as pending. I have sent all verification in as needed and still, nothing.

Thank you, I hope this can be sorted asap for me please as the Casino does not even reply to my emails.
