Failure to Complete Verification
Complaint Regarding Failure to Complete Verification and Process Withdrawal
On May 11, 2026, I deposited at Avvo Casino to claim the first welcome bonus. I completed the wagering requirements and finished with a balance of CAD $6,029.
I was then required to verify my account. My identity verification was approved without issue, leaving only payment method verification.
The casino states that verification can be completed using either a bank card or a bank statement. I first submitted my bank card, which was rejected. I then submitted my CIBC bank statement, which clearly shows my name, account information, statement period, and the transactions to Gigadat Inc., the payment processor used for my deposits.
To further support my verification, I also provided the Interac deposit confirmations corresponding to those same transactions. Together, these documents satisfy the casino's stated verification requirements.
When my submissions continued to fail, I contacted live chat multiple times. Each time I was told the matter had been escalated and that someone would contact me. No one ever did.
I also emailed the casino on June 24, June 29, and again today, attaching my bank statement and Interac confirmations because I believed there was a problem with the upload portal. None of my emails received a meaningful response.
Nearly two months later, after numerous failed verification attempts, I have still not been told why my documents are being rejected or whether any additional documentation is required. Instead, the casino has ignored my communications while preventing me from withdrawing my legitimate balance of CAD $6,029.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that AvoCasino either complete my payment verification using the documents already provided or clearly explain what specific additional documentation is required so my withdrawal can be processed without further delay.
