Formal Complaint against Astromania Casino
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Astromania Casino (operated by Dreamline Ventures SRL, License: Tobique 0000071)
I requested several withdrawals totaling €1,500 three weeks ago. Since then, the casino has kept my requests in 'Pending' status without any valid reason. My account is fully verified since there is no option to verify myself yet, and I have not violated any conditions to complicate the payout.
The support team only provides automated template responses regarding a 'high volume of requests,' but fails to give any concrete timeline.
The casino limits active withdrawals to 3 x €500. By delaying the first three requests for weeks, they are effectively blocking me from even requesting the remaining €4,500 of my balance. I believe this is a deliberate tactic to encourage me to cancel the withdrawals and play back my winnings.
I have already tried to resolve this with their internal complaints department, but I am being ignored. I kindly ask for your assistance in mediating this case to ensure the operator follows fair gaming practices.
