Refund refused despite active Self-exclusion


Dear ask gamblers I have self excluded myself from aspers casino on the 20.08.2019 due to gambling related problems and after my self exclusion when I went to the Aspers casino venue the manager came and spoke to me and asked me if I have self excluded myself and I replied yes I did after this interaction he has identified me as a self excluded player and still allowed me to gamble, Aspers casino is clearly in breach of contract and failed to protect clients like myself with its social responsibility code of practice.

Licensees must have and put into effect procedures for self-exclusion and take all reasonable steps to refuse service or to otherwise prevent an individual who has entered a self-exclusion agreement from participating in gambling.

Self exclusion means the operator must refuse service in all sites and venue's no matter the reason. After my exclusion on September 26th 2019 I made a deposit of £1925 and on the 29th September 2019 I made a deposit of £5000 totaling £6925. I have asked the casino for details of deposits made by myself so I can attach it here, I have filled in the subject access request (record) which is what I was told I need to fill in for this information of deposits made by myself during

September 2019 by Marcus < surname removed > the gaming manager as it was wanted by askgamblers.com when I tried to put this complaint before, so today I received a phone call by the manager Marcus < surname removed > to come collect the papers requested regarding deposits made by myself in September 2019 after my exclusion period and he has given me papers that right this information might be incorrect and false and so on,on the papers this is very unprofessional and sneaky and unfair for them to be acting in this manner I will provide all the evidence of this with the attachments of what he has given me and I will also attach additional information as well. This company has been consistent on bending the rules and providing documentation which admits that they have given false or incorrect information provided by them. After all correct procedures followed by myself.

I will be very grateful if askgamblers.com can assist me as it has with many other people.

Unfortunately, considering that both parties involved in this dispute did not reach to a mutual agreement and that player already confirmed that s/he have submitted formal complaint in front of the relevant regulatory body, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved.

Dear Askgamblers,

I have reported Aspers casino to the uk gambling commission with all the evidence I have and they told me they will investigate for their breach of contract for their licensing conditions and breach of contract with the social responsibility gaming codes of practice.

But regarding refund of deposits made they said to go through the casino complaints procedures and if you don't get anywhere either get a Independent mediator to resolve the matter or if it not go to a small claims court that deals with cases up to £10,000.

This is the final time the Askgamblers teams has opened this case and if you refuse to co-operate this time they will leave this case as unresolved.

Can you let us no if you are going to co-operate with us on this platform or not so we myself and the Askgamblers team can act accordingly on this matter.

I have now reported you to the UK gambling commission and they have Reassured Me that they will be getting in contact with you and dealing with it accordingly.

I have already gone through the Aspers complaints procedures and have got no where as Aspers casino is being Subjecive on this Matter for their own interests, I will not be using your ADR as I do not Trust Aspers casino or a third Party that is directly associated with yourselfs, that is why I have requested this very successful and Reliable independent Mediator who deals with Casinos all over the word with a lot of Experience, Aspers casino is also on the Askgamblers platform.

If you do not comply to Resolve this matter with myself and refuse to comply with The Askgamblers team as a independent Mediator I will have to take the last resort and start the court proceedings with immediate effect.

Askgamblers team can I have an input aswell please.
