AmunRa Casino - No cashout option available

Hello - i did deposit at this Casino, took a 100% Bonus and fully wagered it. Now i want to cashout 5100€.
I did a deposit with Neteller - and so i want to cashout with Neteller. But somehow, there is no Option to cashout to Neteller. (See Screenshot 1)
It also says on there Site that you have to cashout to the option you cashed in with. And everywhere on the Site it says you are able to cashout to Neteller. (Please Note: There are some other guys on the internet that have the same problem with Skrill)

They say to they have ->"We would like to inform you that we are experiencing some technical malfunctions with some of the payment system providers."<- and i should take an other cashout option.

I am not able to use Bank Transfer and i dont have a Credit Card -> I want my money on Skrill.

They say the give it to the Financial Department and they will get back to me "ASAP" .....

Please help me - thanks!

Please Note: I didnt mean Skrill in this line above "I am not able to use Bank Transfer and i dont have a Credit Card -> I want my money on Skrill." - i mean Neteller.

Yesterday, LiveChat told me that the Financial Department will contact me today with an answer.

I havent got anything from them today!

And im still waiting.
