Unable to use my account for 2 weeks and ongoing
I have been unable to use my funds deposited into Amazon slots account for 2+ weeks now, I have used my account before with no issues however as of lately when I am trying to run any games it is telling me that I am not located in Ontario and it gives me steps to follow, I have followed all of the provided steps on both my mobile device and PC to no avail. I have exhausted all of my options only for it to tell me to contact customer support whom by the way has not gotten back to me for 5 + days as of yet and I have gotten nowhere on this issue.
