Casino Disregarding Withdrawal Attempts
Hello, over a week ago, I won money on Amazon Slots Ontario. When I tried to withdraw my full, non bonus, cash amount of $2786 into my account, I was asked to show proofnof payment. The site will not allow me to do so. No matter what I attempt, it says it won't support it. I sent countless emails with all of the verification possible. After about 3 days I received one response saying my account was verified and I can withdraw. I instantly checked my account and NOTHING had changed at all. The customer service rep was blatantly lying to me. The account is still stuck at requesting proof of payment and I am at a loss. There is no live chat and no one will take the time to actually help me. My money is in limbo and I fear I will never get out of this trap. I have screen recordings of me attempting to upload documents on my phone and on a laptop. Please help me!
