Casino is delaying my three withdrawals

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against AllSpins Casino. All attached documents are private. I have 3 pending withdrawals, each one is 500€ + another 1035€ in active gaming balance - all these amounts are visible in the screenshots attached.

My very first withdrawal at this casino got processed in a few days, and everything went good. But since then, I've been waiting for 3 withdrawals for quite some time already. My longest pending withdrawal was requested on the 25th of March, the next one on the 31st of March, and the last one on the 1st of April, as you can see in the screenshot attached. Since then, I've contacted the support email a couple of times, and all emails exchanged are attached as well. Basically, I was always told to wait some more time with no further explanation whatsoever.

I've passed the initial verification process before I even placed my first bet, as you see in the screenshot attached. Additionally, during waiting for my pending withdrawals, on the 8th of April, I was asked for more documents, which I provided on the very same day, but same story as for the withdrawals - I was only told the KYC department is going to check the as soon as possible, as they mentioned in their email, but haven't heard from them since then.

Summary: It has been 25 days since requesting my longest pending withdrawal and 11 days since providing additional documents for the KYC team. Seems like they aren't doing anything and every time I contact them, I'm only told to wait more time without providing any timetable. So I'm trying my luck here, Askgamblers. Thanks in advance.

I've received the 3 withdrawals mentioned in my intial post, so you can mark this complaint as resolved.

I mean, to be clear, I still have 2 pending withdrawals at the moment at this casino (those were requested later than the withdrawals mentioned in my intial post), so hopefully they'll arrive later this month as well. And as you mention, in case they don't come to me later, I'll just ask for reopening of this complaint then.

Withdrawal delayed and support is clearly lying about it

I have a pending withdrawal with this casino. According to their terms and conditions, withdrawals are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. 24 hours have long passed but my withdrawal is still pending. I asked the agents and they clearly lied to me. They told me that the withdrawal is "processing" and that the actual processing is dependent on finance institutions. It's important to note that this is a cryptocurrency withdrawal of USDT using the wrong network. The absolute longest time for such a transaction is 30 minutes (and that's being very generous), however they said it could take days. I asked what's the name of the finance institution involved and then (to my disbelief) they said that I should contact MY wallet provider, which is Binance. This is a clear lie, and I tried to explain that if there is an issue then it would he with whatever institution they use to make crypto payments but the agent insisted that I contact Binance. If there is a pending transaction for my wallet I can see it on the Binance app even before there have been confirmations on the network and there is no pending transaction. It's quite clear what's happening here: they haven't approved my withdrawal yet.

On my account, the withdrawal is still showing as "pending" and not processing and when I asked them for the transaction ID of the transaction they refused to give it to me. The fact that the agent couldn't tell the difference between the paying and receiving crypto payment provider clearly showed that they don't have a clue what they are talking about. It's truly unprofessional. I have attached screenshots of my last chat with the agent. Please note that this was my third time inquiring about this and I was already severely agitated, hence the brusque nature of some of my comments in the chat. Please ask them to approve my withdrawal or at least provide proof that the withdrawal was approved.

The amount in dispute is €267
