Hi. I must write u again.its not about the money,just want justice.
I deposit ethereum on alfcasino(0.3)-was 38 usd then
my deposit is still pending there.
i ask what happen with the fund the told me cause transaction is not completed.
in attach i send u screenshots with
complete documentation confirming the successful transaction and mail from the company who transfer the money.
p.s with crypto deposits first i need withdrawal funds from my adress to casino adress.
second i must verify transaction thru my e mail.

We would like to kindly inform you, that after having throrouglhy looked into your matter we have established, that you have performed a deposit request in amount of 0.24 ETH. Due to the cryptocurrency exchange rate recalculation an another transaction of 0.29 ETH has been created and the according deposit amount in EUR was credited to your gaming balance. The first transaction of 0.24 ETH has been unfortunately refunded to us by the payment provider instead of your wallet due to a technical error. The missing 24 EUR have been credited to your gaming balance manually earlier today.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the arisen matter! In the future we will do our best to prevent such situations to keep our customers satisfied with our services.
