The situation is as follows:

- I claimed the bonus;

- lost the money - balance was zero;

- deposited my own money;

- won the money'

Casino is saying, that the money which I won, is not real, because I didnt opt out from the bonus.

The balance was zero, however, Is it moral? Is it fair? Is it honest? I don't think so.

To confirm my description, there is a letter from the casino:

"We’ve investigated your enquiry regarding virtual playable money.

On October,13th you claimed No deposit bonus by our partner - ASKGAMBLER, while wagering all funds were lost, but bonus remained activated.

After depositing you continued to play using the bonus. That’s why the system operated with your balance as the virtual one.

For now you should disable the bonus by your end or we can do it manually. If you do that all winnings will disappear.

We can’t convert virtual balance to real money, it isn’t possible technically.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write me again.

My expectation is to give me money which I won. Make them available for withdrawal.It's not a lot of money, so I dont understand why they are trying to be dishonest.

If not, I dont see any reason for gambling.

I have tried to solve this issue with the casino - I have had numerous conversation with they staff. As you can see, they are wishing me good luck only.

They have very unresponsive and unprofessional contact support and I have just realised, that they not only decided to treat my real money winnings as bonus, but they deleted my whole winnings.

This is a unfair activity and I want my money back.

You dont deserve to have a high ranking here, because you deceive people and take their winnings.

Additionally, they didnt send any reply to my previous complain. Situation was as follows:

Over $2000 missing from my balance after a software glitch!

I set up and account last night with adameve casino made a deposit as it said to do , i went on this morning played a few diffrenet games , i went on to sultains fortune was playing for a bit and got a few lil wins then a big win my balance was at 2300 and then something happened and it took me back to home log in page so i logged in again went back into resume playing sultains game and my account balance had changed to 300$$ i tried to contact live help and was left with no reply i logged a ticket to be contacted back and even emailed them i have not had any response back and i feel ripped off and feel like was dodgy

Adameve Casino outright theft of 2000euro

I write you regarding my account at adameve casino, my username is pokersep.

The story is short, but very alarming as they are stealing my winnings of 2000euro with extrem dodgy methods.

I made Neteller deposits of 1950euro and i just played with this money, NO BONUS was involved or claimed by me! I just played europeanroulette, betting 100euro per spin on my favorite number, and after around 15spins i hitted it and requested a payout for my end balance of 3950euro.

A few days later i recived a email from their finance department, i broked their terms and they confisciate my winnings. This is their exact quote:

"We would like to inform you that after checking your game process we find out that you played using Roulette strategy (straight bets on a single number)"

Quite funny, as what else are you supposed to do at the roulette table?!

I asked if this was a joke, but i then recived a response, quoting their Terms for "irregular betting with bonus money" that i broke one of this terms an they insist on keeping my winnings. The fact, that i did not used any kind of bonus and was just playing with my own money was completly ignored.

After another mail, they quoted this term of the "irregular betting with bonus money" paragraph

"Playing Roulette player can not make more than 30% of the bets on one number in a row be it a player is playing with or without bonus money."

Very strange Term, deep hidden in the irregular play paragraph for bonus money, wich i didnt used, why do they apply it on my play?
If we try to be nitpicking, like adamandeve is doing in this case we will see, that this term would not even apply to my play, as i played only Europeanroulette and it only excludes normal roulette, as Adamandeve offers 3 different versions of it: Roulette (like mentioned in these dodgy term), Europeanroulette and Americanroulette.

If they want to apply this term on my play it should have stated correcly:

"Playing all forms of Roulette player can not make more than 30%..."

The picture at the end is clear, adamandeve dosnt like winners and they will try every sneaky trick to avoid paying them.
