Missing Payment
I made a withdrawal of £71.25 from my account last week. I tried to log into my account on Saturday 24th November, however, it said my account was locked. I started a live chat and I was advised that under management discretion, my account was closed. I have had this happen to me a couple other times from various sites if I win. Which I find quite amusing, because isn't that the point? My deposits are never more than £30.00 at a time and my bets are normally between 80 pence and £2.00. So, not a big time player by any stretch. However, some sites decide to close accounts for no reason at all. My last deposit with Ace Lucky I did not use a bonus it was straight cash. My withdrawal has not been received, despite being told by live chat it was processed. I do hope you will be able to help. Many thanks, Louise
