I opened an account with 888 Casino, from the 17th January I made the following deposits from my Credit Card.
17th Jan - £1200 (cash fee £36)
17th Jan - £200 (cash fee £6)
19th Jan - £1624 (cash fee£48.72)
21st Jan - £690 (cash fee£20.70)
I was then playing online happily and since then when I had some winnings I made some withdrawals of £291, £189, £107 and £84 which is waiting to come into my Credit Card. I was playing without any issues then on Monday I received an email from the Operations Team telling me my account username < removed > had been suspended, as this account related to other accounts across their network.
I since tried to call 888 Casino but the person who answered simply said "your account has been suspended, you need to speak to Operations" and then ended the call. I have emailed them on Monday morning and as of yet I have had no reply or acknowledgment except an auto reply.
I am very concerned this is fraud and my account has been accessed. Before the account was suspended I had approx £4100 in my balance.

My accounts have now been reinstated and rectified and I thank you for your correspondence in this forum.

I have spoken to Operations team. As of 1605 - 14/02/2017 my complaint has not been resolved.
I have done all that has been asked of me by the Operations team including making a bank wire transfer of £500. I sent an email straight away when it was done.
I have supplied identification and done this in more then adequate time. It's has now been over 26 hours since I did this and as of yet I have not had the courtesy to be responded to, to say my money has been received and my ID has been checked.
I note that the speed of closing my account was quick, however your responses to resolve my issues have been far from that. I feel extremely let down considering the amount of money I have personally wagered. That money remains in your accounts where interest is being accumulated.

Kiwicasino12 - Bank wire transfer of £500 has been sent under reference "Kiwicasino12" further to this and email was sent confirming my payment being made.
Kiwicasino14 - I have uploaded my identification as requested.
Both have been done and so far no email has been received to confirm receipt of either documents or monies.
