Account frozen with $7,000 requested withdrawal, no progress for over a month
My account with a little over $7,000 in it has been frozen for over a month and I can't get any updates from the casino except to say that my account is under review. I had deposited $1,000 with bitcoin and claimed a 50% bonus. I had completed the wagering requirements through a mixture of blackjack and sports bets, which was allowed for this bonus. I did quite well as you can see from the account balance, but I didn't even get a chance to request a withdrawal as my account was preemptively locked.
It started on March 22nd with a request for a copy of my driver's license, which I provided. I was then asked to call in to talk to them on the phone, which I did, but the representative after asking me a bunch of verification questions said that I should just wait to get an email with further requests. No email ever came so I checked in again and this time they said they didn't actually need anything and would just be in touch with me later after reviewing my account. After hearing nothing I checked in against on March 31st, and was again told to sit tight as they were still reviewing. April 7th, I checked in again and got the same response. On April 16th I finally got a response by email, but all it said was to call in again. I promptly called and was asked more verification and background questions, but then I was told to just wait for another email so I'm just back in the same loop. April 24th I contacted again and get the same response. Now here we are on May 2nd and I've still heard nothing.
6 weeks later and I'm exactly where I started with no progress, no idea of what Bovada is trying to verify, no requests for further information. They say nothing and can't give any updates.
