Account closed with no explanation and no refund


My account at Titanbet.co.uk was closed more than a year ago. I did not receive any e-mails or calls. The customer support told me it was management's decision. No further details were given. I requested a refund of my account balance (500 GBP), but there was no response. I am positive that I did not violate any of their terms and conditions. I am requesting the help of AskGamblers in persuading Titanbet.co.uk to release my funds to my bank account. Thank you.
