3 month mess around with verification, delayed payment of £2,700


On the 12th April 2018 I deposited £150 cash to my titanbet casino account and spun it on 2 numbers on roulette, winning £2700. I then withdrew my balance.

I was then asked for documentation, which is standard for online casinos. I sent in my pics of debit card back and front, my ID and a recent proof of address (bank statement).

I received an email asking if I could take new debit card pictures for an unknown reason, asked what the problem was and receiving no reply, the quality of the images is good. Unfortunately I had lost my debit card (had the pictures saved previously on my computer) so they said OK, send us a copy of a bank statement registered to the debit card as an alternative, which I sent.

I then received the same email again asking for new pictures of the card, so I replied yet again stating that I don't have the card anymore, but here is the bank statement registered to it as you asked. they then replied once again asking for pictures of the card, blatenly ignoring any response I give and also the statement which they said would be acceptable.

It has months and I am getting nowhere with the casino as they seem to refuse to accept my card pictures/bank statement registered to the card/any response in my emails. all I seem to get is stock email responses.

It would be nice if titanbet can finally acknowledge this information and pay me my cash winnings.
