I received an email on 25 May from their Operations Team to say that my account had been closed; reason given "due to activity which contravenes your User agreement". I asked what is this alleged activity but they do not respond. On the same day I had deposited two amounts of £20, which 888 has not refunded. They are asking for notarised proof of ID, which would cost more than the deposit amounts to provide. Originally this was required to contest the account closure, which I don't want to do. I have made previous deposits and withdrawals without issue. What do you suggest?
