i won 400 euros.i asked the withdrawal via credit card.i tried to ask the chat if everything is ok but didnt worked.i phoned them but none answer i send an email but yet no answer.what is going on??????i want to ask if i need to submit something if my withdraw is accepted and i dont find anyone­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!­!!!!!!!

Based on the evidence we received from the casino management, we could confirm that player was paid on 21.06.2014. We consider this complaint resolved and closed.
