Withdrawal not paid after marked as processed

I have not received a withdrawal which was marked as processed on the 26 February 2026 as shown below from 8xwins.com

The support@8xwins email goes unanswered, there are no other email adresses to use. They also do not respond to live chat messages which all shows undelivered. I am unable to speak to anyone from 8xwins. I can not access my account currently to take screen shots of the transaction history.
