I am submitting a formal complaint against 8xwins Casino, operated by WG Project Ltd (License No. ALSI-202506004-FI1, Registration No. 15853, Anjouan).

• Date of registration: [ 14/07/2025 ]

• Total winnings: [41350 $]

• Amount unpaid: [ 31350 $]

• Date of withdrawal request: [15/07/2025]

Details of the issue:

My account was suspended/blocked after I won [41350 $ ] on 10/07/2025. Despite completing all KYC verification requirements and fulfilling wagering conditions, the casino has failed to release my funds. Only [10000 $] has been paid, while the remaining [31350 $] is still pending.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring that the operator complies with the license terms and pays my legitimate winnings.

Also, i sent many emails and messages and they ignored everything.

Withdrawal not paid after marked as processed

I have not received a withdrawal which was marked as processed on the 26 February 2026 as shown below from 8xwins.com

The support@8xwins email goes unanswered, there are no other email adresses to use. They also do not respond to live chat messages which all shows undelivered. I am unable to speak to anyone from 8xwins. I can not access my account currently to take screen shots of the transaction history.

Payment declined and balance forfeited without any reason

They rejected my payment request of 100 euros and in addition they deleted and forfeited my money completely from my balance all this without any explanation.

My account is approved on documents and email and all details so everything is in order on my part and I am certain that I have respected all the rules of bonus.

I sent them emails to ask what is going on but they did not answer me and the live chat support also does not understand what's the problem and he told me that everything is respected and good on my part and he also sent alerts to the responsible but no updates for 2 weeks?!
