Hello AskGamblers
I opened an accont at 888Casino a few days ago and deposited $ 50 usd to play
After playing for days and having some profit u tried to make a withdrawal of $ 750 usd
I cleared all the bonus from my account and was ready to make the withdrawal so they sent an email asking me to verify my account
So I sent my driver's license to them and after a few days they asked to send another document
Ok, I sent my ID card and then I received an email saying my account was closed!
This is ridiculous!
I sent 2 valid documents issued by my government and 888casino refuses to accept!
Who are they?
Why to make a deposit they do not ask for an ID?
Only after you have some earnings do they ask for our ID and still say they can not validate a valid document?
This is absurd!
Help me in this problem please

I am in contact with the support and they now asked me to send a document certified by a Public Notary in my jurisdiction to certify my account
I really do not understand this as it does me a lot of work to certify this document
So I answered the email and I'm waiting for an answer
