I opened an account with 888 poker and deposited $200 via paypal. I lost this on the blackjack table. I uploaded my verification docs on the site.
Later that day I tried to deposit more but the paypal payment did not go through, i assumed it was an issue with the paypal site so made the $200 deposit with debit card. Later I made another $400 deposit but was instantly was locked out of the system before wagering any of the $400.
I received an email saying the account had been linked to an excluded account. I also saw that that I had emails that the paypal payments had not gone through due to restrictions on the account (however for some reason they had happily let me deposit a further $600 via debit card).
Operations support wont answer my emails. It has been 2 days.
1) What other account have I had closed?h
2) If the system restricted my paypal payment why did it allow the debit card payment?
3) Most importantly, there is $400 deposit, unwagered, stuck inside my account. How do I get it out?
Any help greatly received.

Just an update.
888 contacted me to say my account need further verification, as yet they have not told me why this is or what they need. However they have said the $400 unwagered deposit would be withdrawn to my card (3 days pending withdrawal!). I am happy with the refund of unwagered deposits so concider the complaint settled but willbe playing elsewhere in the future.
