On 28/03/2020, I requested to withdraw £80. Only £48 of this was processed and transferred to my bank account. Additionally, on 30/03/2020 up until present I have requested around £180 in withdrawals which have not yet been processed. I have verified my identity and received an email advising that there were no restrictions on my account. It is now over 3 weeks since I requested the first of these withdrawals and none of them have processed yet. I have contacted 888Casino multiple times to ask them how long the process will take but I have only received automated replies with no helpful communication. I have attempted to call the customer support helpline but again I am greeted with only an automated message advising me that the telephone helpline is now closed.
I would be very grateful if you could contact 888casino administrators on my behalf as I feel that I have exhausted all other avenues to get the funds that are rightfully mine.
