So I've been using 888 casino not too long, when I first wanted to deposit, I sent my passport and bank statement. My bank statement shows I am receiving ODSP, which they told me they verified those documents by email. So on September the 28th I deposited 50$ of my own money, didn't use any bonus from their website, I turned that 50$ into 7200, now its 6200, because I gambled some of it, but then I decided okay need to stop and withdrawal's on 30th of September by wire transfer. Their website claims wire transfer withdrawals are processed in 1 business day, my wire transfer withdrawal has been stuck on ''awaiting process" for more than 4 days ". 4 days ago I also sent my debit card front and back like they asked me too, still no response from them ( they told me allow up to 72 hrs, its been close to 100 now ).
So I'm just wondering why the delay is so long considering I'm a Canadian citizen and resident of Ontario for many years and this website is in Ontario. Anyways in the emails they just keep telling me they will ''prioritize my situation and escalate to the specialist team via live chat and email" Should you need any more information such as a video of me logging in my BMO account using the same debit card I used to deposit the 50$ and showing the same transaction into 888 Ontario, showing my documents and face, let me know because this verification process is very long and misleading .
