Dear AG,
I requested 3 withdrawals from 888 casino on 8th April 2022. I received confirmation emails and the 3 amounts were marked as transferred on my 888 account history on the same day. (See attached screenshots).
After waiting more that 7 days with no funds arriving (it usually takes less than 5 days) I spoke to their live chat . I was told it was all completed from their end and it must be my bank delaying it. I would have to wait.
So I called the bank. They had no knowledge of these incoming funds and said they would have no reason to delay them. They said they could try and investigate the delay if 888 would provide the 17+ digit transaction numbers for the 3 amounts.
So next I spoke to 888 customer service on the phone. They said they don't have transaction nos. only 12 digit confirmation codes. (The bank can't use these).
888 then said they would pass the complaint to their transactions team. So I emailed to confirm that I would like that to be done.
I have had no reply to that email which I sent 4 days ago.
Please would you help me resolve this? I would be very grateful.
