I withdrawn my winnings of $725 last week from a sports bet. A couple days later I went onto the 888 casino website to chat with a representative to ask how long will it take to get my funds, then all of a sudden they suspended my account even though I have made a withdrawal a few days before.
I waited a few more days and have exchanged a handful of emails with 888 casino and they keep saying my funds of $725 have been processed on dec. 16th 2021. They even gave me the email to contact gigidat/interac e transfer to check with them. I've contacted gigadat/interac to see if my withdrawal was about to be completed, but they said there isn’t any scheduled transfer under the email that I used. So since 888 casino has suspended my account from signing in to check the status of it I’m not able to and this is getting really frustrating please help

After a thorough investigation we have noticed that unfortunately your Withdrawals were indeed rejected by Interac as it appears you have used a different e-mail address from the one registered on your 888 account.
An e-mail was sent by our Financial Department on 12/30/2021 and you were requested your bank details in order for this withdrawal to be processed and sent through a direct transfer to your bank account.
You have assisted us with these details and on 12/31/2021 this funds were sent to your bank. Upon checking you have also contacted us confirming these funds were received and we thank you for this.
