I have contacted 888 casino customer service numerous times regarding my pending withdrawals over the last two weeks.
Some off them have been awaiting approval for over 3 weeks now. The casino keeps telling me "congrats, we have contacted the transactions team and they will resolve the issue in 72 hours...it seems the payments got stuck in our system".
Over the course of the last 2 weeks I have reached out over 5 times and keep being told the same thing, "We will notify of transactions team".
I have attached emails showing the issue being addressed/escalated.
