On May 18, I make a withdraw of 4876e, the next morning I received an email with the message that my account was locked, and they started with betting investigation on my account. The same day they asked for documents for verification, even though my account was verified before my first deposit, certainly, on the same day I sent the documents they asked for.
Time passed but there was no solution, every time I called them or went to live chat (using safe-cashier) I got the same answer, you will get your money when the investigation is completed.
I'm very frustrated and I don't know what to do anymore, I tried to go to the live chat, their workers convinced me how to get my money within 5 days maximum, and of course nothing in the end! I also have pictures to prove all!
Is it possible for the investigation to last 2 months? I only had 3 or 4 bets, no more! Is it possible that it takes more than 2 months to review 3 bets? They received the documents they were looking for right away, and still nothing!
How can you lie to your users? Are you aware of what you are doing to me? You give me false hope every day, and in the end nothing! People on the live chat tell me that my case will be resolved very quickly, in a few days, and every time the same answer, wait and wait! I won't wait any longer, 2 months is too much! Either send me my withdrawal, or give me back the deposit, this is a shame for the company!

We are under no obligation to provide details of the investigation and/or funds retained, or whether this has affected your account in any way. We will cooperate with any competent authority investigating such an incident, and funds will be retained by us, until we have received sufficient instructions from the competent authority to either unblock said accounts, or release any portion of the retained funds back to the accounts affected.”

if i am well understand in canada law, you have no right to hold my money for more than 90 days.
These are complete lies from the 888 company, no investigation is being done, they are just stealing time, and they will keep doing this in a circle until I give up my money. But if they are such a serious company as they present themselves, let them provide their information on which my lawyer can send a warning before prosecution
