Withdrawal not received after processing time

This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of your platform. As a licensed operator under Canadian gaming regulations, you are obligated to handle customer funds responsibly and ensure timely withdrawals.
I am requesting that my $300 CAD withdrawal be processed and paid out immediately. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities and consumer protection bodies in Canada.
