I want to inform you about my issue with 888Casino Team! on 02/04/2022 they approved and transferred my winnings to my bank account via Wire Transfer, the amount is 83.85 USD. After waiting 7 business days for getting my money in my bank account there was nothing on it. I contacted my bank and they said that the intermediary bank canceled this wire transfer, then I contacted the 888casino Transactions Team to investigate this issue but they are saying that they approved this transaction and can not see cancelation from their side. I requested an investigation that Casino should find information from their bank, just why the intermediary bank canceled the transaction and it is stuck, never back to them and also never came to me!
They do not have an exact answer about this and do not do anything for 14 days after my request!
Please help me in this matter to get information on what is going on it!

Suddenly 888Casino sent me an email where they are talking about chargeback. I do not know what is going on but after all of this they decided to do not pay my winnings, If it was the rule or terms and conditions why were they paying me this money?
It is the worst online casino ever! They are doing the unfair things and it is really clear now, from this case. It is so funny on another point but it's ok. I will never pay any chargeback to 888Casino because We already had communication about this case and it is the only way to use now for holding my winnings and do not pay them!

888Casino Transaction Team contacted me and said :
Givi, as advised before your reprocessed wire for USD 83.85 has been returned to us again, again with reason being "invalid account details".
So they offered me trying to send this funds in EUR currency and I provided my EUR bank account details to them for reprocessing my withdrawal.
I am waiting for the confirmation email for EUR wire transfer.
